Although when ordering it said ‘New’. The box had clearly been opened several times. The bos says ‘cool pack’ enclosed but not so.I’m trialling the product today but needed it urgently. There is no contact number or facility to request the missing cool pack so I feel distinctly conned,

Placed new batteries. Did not work. Tried everything. Waste of my time.

This dual bowl automatic feeder while simple, is functionally pretty great and makes feeding our furry friends when were out a care free breeze.Essentially it's 2 bowls that you load up with your different meals, you turn the timer to how many hours until each side pops open and that ticks along till the time which then releases the spring loaded top revealing the meal. That's pretty much it and it works well.The dishes themselves are of a good size and they are also removable they only sit inside, so very easy to remove to clean without fuss of worrying about the large housing, makes it a breeze.Not much else to it, it's a great device if you can't be there to feed the furry ones for a day and it does this job well.

These days there are so many fancy pet feeders, but here you have simple automatic feeders that will keep working without wifi or electricity. You add your food and twist the dial for however many hours you want before it opens. It holds enough food for a good feed for a few cats. The bowls just sit in so they are easy to remove and wash. It's a shame that there is no room to add an ice pack so you could use these for wet food so that is one disadvantage. Overall, these are great and do what you need them to do without any fuss.
