Filled the reservoir with the included essential oil, inserted wick, screwed reservoir onto emitter, easy peasy. Nice scent. BUT - after two days the top of the wick seems... gummy. Emitter is still warm, but there is no scent coming from it. Unscrewed the reservoir, it is still filled with pleasantly-scented oil.I specifically bought this because it advertised straight essential oil, as the big commercial brands generally have unpleasant additives that give me a headache. But what's the point of a diffuser that stops working in 2 days?

I see a lot of comments about not easy to use and you can’t smell it, but I got the Sweet Rum and it is delicious. Every time I walk passed it I smile as I inhale. I’m just bummed they don’t sell the oil separately. But you can refill the container it’s in and get new diffuser sticks. Get it! It’s worth it!

Let me say that this will definitely fill a large area with a lot of scent. But if your expecting the normal fall, pumpkin spice, cinnamon etc. smells, you'd be very disappointed. To me it smelled like black tea being brewed mixed with sort of a clay smell. The scent was also very artificial smelling. I had it in my office but it was too strong and the smell wasn't anything like I thought it would be. So I took 2 stars away for the bad smell but the 3 stars are for how potent it is.I wouldn't recommend

The idea of the product is good, but this diffuser does not function well. Sometimes it works, and sometimes no smell comes out. Go figure. I thought is worth investing for little hassle, but it did not turn that way. The sweet rum oil is a great scent, but I cannot find this scent anywhere.

I love that it’s refillable, so you can use your own essential oils.

Not sure what happened but this doesn’t work. There is no Scent. I Should have returned it.

I added this fragrance plug-in to my front room where my husband and I sit together. It smells so good right out of the box. The look of the plug-in is very elegant, not just a basic smooth design. When you take it out of the box, you have to put the diffuser together. It is simple to put the pieces together and once you do, you will instantly smell the amazing aroma of the oils. We have had this plugged in in our front room. My home is 3400 sq ft and you can smell this in the entire front of the house. Highly worth the buy if you love your home to smell good but also love more of a natural oil scent.

Scent was too heavy for a few weeks, then disappeared almost altogether. Tried adjusting it in every way possible, no improvement. Finally unscrewed the glass bottle part with the wick sticking out of it and left it on the floor next to a blowing heat vent which helped disseminate a little more scent.Contraption is so heavy, it sagged down and pulled itself out of the electrical socket. Manually squeezed the prongs together to get a tighter fit but it still sagged.Basically worthless. Buy a reed diffuser system, instead, and use your own oils.

Works well but the smell is horrible. Nothing at all like fall or cinnamon.

I enjoy similar plugins from different brands, so I thought I would give this one a try.The scent itself was alright. I would find it more useful outside on a inclosed patio, rather then inside my hallway. I can say that the scent is very strong, and almost overwhelming to me. However I am pretty sensitive to changes in smell, so this might not be a issue for someone less sensitive.The glass bottle is well constructed, and very durable. However the plugin itself is the cause behind my low review. I found that if the unit was even slightly jostled it would rotate. This lead to the bottle becoming lose in it’s spot. When this would happen I also found that oil would start leaking from the bottle. Combined that with the need for a wick, and the whole thing becomes an oily mess. So keeping the plug in a place where it won’t be easily knocked is a must in my opinion.Overall I don’t like this item as much as similar products. However I have been intrigued by a more natural essential oil based air freshener, that I am considering trying a different scent.

First off, the included oil smells amazing, but I think the best part about this is the fact it's refillable, which I have never seen before, no more disposable cartridges for me.Build quality is really great, feels about the same as the name brand ones, wick is super absorbent and heater runs not too hot or cold, the scent throw is very spread out.Just for the fact that this is refillable is a definite 2 giant thumbs up from me and I would gladly recommend this
