Trichotillomania help
My daughter takes 1200 mg to help with her trichotillomania. She is 16 and had pulled her hair out since she was 3. She's been taking this supplement for about 4 months and it does help her resist the urge to pull. The pills are quite large and smell horrible but they are definitely worth it.

Good for many reasons, so keep some on hand
Thickness and flavor? Why am I asked to rate those attributes? It’s a pill. Whatever.I wanted to share that NAC should be taken immediately upon noticing cold or flu like symptoms. COVID-19 causes damage by inflammation of tissues. NAC helps prevent excess inflammation. It’s very important to begin taking it within 24-48 hours after symptoms are noted.I have no reason to believe this brand isn’t of good quality. I take it for reasons other than virus protection and will buy it again when this bottle is empty.

supplements work better than any prescription
......i am taking so many supplements right now that it is tough to say how it is working..... but overall my health has improved immensely ! Cholesterol went from 327 to 255 (98 HDL) BP from 160's to high 140's.....I am 65 and on no meds! Dont listen to these doctors who want you on a pill everyday for the rest of your life.......change your diet and supplement.....and stay way from all grains.....

No citric acid, no magnesium stearate, but It's only 300 mg per capsule
I think the label is misleading as I was expecting to only have to take one pill and get 900 mg but it is still a good deal considering that it is free of Citric Acid and Magnesium Stearate. I have not been feeling well when I take supplements that have those additives.

Improved mood overall great supplement!
My son is 6 and was put on this by our psychiatrist for ADHD and anxiety as a natural supplement in addition to one other medication he takes. He is doing fabulous! For a year he wouldn’t sleep in his bed because he was scared of his room and only slept in his doorway on the floor. He’s been on this for a month now and has slept in his bed at least 10 out of the last 15 nights. His overall attitude is better, fewer outbursts, better focus. Only downside is the capsules are big but he swallows them like a champ!

Has a lot of white powdery stuff all over the pills and they stink so bad
