Its great once you get there
Its small and compact. The brush bristles are soft against your skin, nails and cuticle itself. Its great once you actually get to stop twisting and the oil itself gets to the bristles, I think I was twisting for a solid 10 minutes - I could see it but it wasn't moving... don't give up. It was smooth going on and didn't come pouring out either. It also isn't greasy for being an oil, I was able to rub it in and go about doing other things and let it soak in which it did quickly I just avoided washing my hands for a bit. It has a nice scent to it too but not over powering either. I saw a few mentioned putting it on their toes as well, I didn't think about that at first but I may give it a try. I definitely recommend this.

Convenient and effective
The Nail Art Cuticle Protector Pen was my first experience with a pen applicator, and I'm a fan. I've been using brush on items and even with a doe's foot applicator, I would get too much product on my nails. I have much better control with the pen, which means no extra oil to accidentally get on clothes. I use it before bed, as suggested. By the time I've finished my bedtime routine most of the oil has been absorbed. The scent is lovely. The form factor is convenient. It would fit in a purse for travel. I've had no leakage but, since it's oil, I'd put it in a cosmetics bag to be on the safe side.My nails are very dry, and I've noticed some improvement in a week. I have another cuticle product that contains jojoba. I think that formula is superior for moisturizing, but it's also more greasy. It may take longer to see results with the Nail Art oil, but because it's less drippy, I'm more likely to use it. It's reasonably priced and worth checking out.

Great for dry hands and feet! (P.S. Don't give up - keep twisting!)
This is a game changer for me. My hands and feet stay dry most of the time - particularly in the winter. I'm constantly using creams. This helps me stop picking at the skin around my nails (which is always dry and peeling) by moisturizing and healing. The pen is very convenient versus the bottle with the brush. But FYI - you need to twist A LOT to get the oil to start. Be persistent - it takes A WHILE, but it WILL come out. I like that the brush is a little more rough so it kind of massages the oil in. (Though the directions say to massage in after you put it on). It would be nice if that's all you needed to do to massage it in is brush and keep brushing :)I recommend this highly - it's priced well too!

Easy to use, less mess
This is a great way to apply oil to the cuticles. Rather than a dropper or brush you dip, this has a dispenser that pushes the oil down the "pen" through the brush tip. You have to twist the top a LOT to get the oil flowing (probably so it does not leak in transit, which it didn't!) but once it does, a few drops covers all the nails. It does not drip, absorbs nicely, and has a light, pleasant citrus smell. I am going to keep this in the kitchen so I remember to put it on during my morning routine, that way it will not get on my clothes or sheets, and my skin will be softer all day :)

So far, so good
So far, this seems like a good moisturizing oil for your cuticles. It does not last super long, so I do find I need to reapply it more than once a day they recommend. The scent is pleasant.I found I needed to turn it up almost a full inch to prime the applicator before it would begin dispensing. But one you get the air pocket out, it should flow well with just a click or two. And a couple of clicks is enough to do all of the nails on one hand.Having this pen type applicator is convenient, because it fits well in your pocket or purse so you can reapply whenever you think of it, on the go.Also if you have a favorite cuticle oil that comes in a larger bottle, these types of pens are refillable. There are lots of instructions online/YouTube for how you can take the pen apart to clean it and refill it.

Its ok
You have to spin the little dial quite a bit to get it started. I feel like for the amount it should be more full. It does work.

Love the cuticle oil
The nail art cuticle protector pen comes with a twist top. The cuticle oil looks more like a syringe then pen. It doesn't push in the produce oil it twists. You will have to twist for a long time before you can see oil come through the brush. It has a nice aroma, not too loud, very soft. It makes your nails look great after gel polish application. I love polishing my kids nails and applying oil after. Makes me feel like a professional.

Nice Applicator
On one end is a brush, the other is a turn dial. You have to click it several times to get the oil to start flowing. That was a bit messy as the oil was a bit slow to start flowing. Now I have to click one time to get the oil to start flowing. Easy to see if you are about to run iyt of the oil. My cuticles are very dry, it's a bit embarrassing when getting nails done and they tell me keep the oil on - do not wash your hands. This so far has made my cuticles look better. I will have a better idea after long term use. Takes a bit for the oil to fully be absorbed - but that is what you want.
