Perfect
Noise what it says. The start up fan noise lasts about 8 seconds. Then it's smooth sailing. Very happy, thanks.

Perfect converter for camping
This has been very useful for camping, it can be used to easily convert a 12v battery to power. I was able to use everyday items when out camping such as my straighteners and kettle. This makes it much easier to go camping. It is compact and easy to use. The buttons are clear and easy to see. I like how it has the overload protection which also protects against temperature overload too.

Honest opinion 1200w pure sine wave inverter
Ok so it says silent fans not so real noisy when on seems to get quite warm even on light load less than 50w looks feels solid like the display easy to read the remote cable needs to be at back of unit as it’s real untidy gets in the way at front.

Runs very smooth, but not good where a load requires a surge of power at startup
It works pretty well. The leads provided are a bit short. I needed this to power a sound system at an outdoor event. I tried running a couple of powered mixers (one analogue and the other was digital), but it wouldn't allow them to start (due to the need for a surge of power I expect). When I switched them on, the device beeped and mixers wouldn't switch on. I then tried some digital powered speakers and they worked fine. The sound quality was excellent, so the power quality must be pretty good. The inverter got a bit warm, running for about 30 mins, but seemed well able to cope with the load. I wasn't pumping heaving music through the speakers (just a microphone), so I don't think I ever really demanded too much from it. A handy device to have in the tool-shed though! Much better than a generator for the situation I was in - because a noisy engine in the background would have ruined the event. I could imagine that having this installed in a caravan or such, would be great as long as you didn't want to run anything too heavy for too long.
