Bought these for work, and they look great. Size runs tight so if you’re between sizes then size up. Sturdy trousers, I work a manual job so they needed to be tough. Comfy to wear and albeit a bit expensive you get what you pay for. Also hides dirt well.

I was told the fit was perfect. grandson wore them as soon as he got them, said they are ideal for casual wear or work.

Happy with these; good price and fit. Very durable poly cotton canvas rip stop. Loads of pockets. Cool enough for summer despite the weight. Unstructured rather than tailored look.Stitching and fasteners are top quality. As others say, they are a slightly snug fit: not a problem as delivered, provided they don’t shrink. I would say the 36”x34” ones I bought were closer to 35”x33”. Saved me having to shorten them…..which was nice.Contrary to the blurb the material has virtually no built in stretch which, had it been present, would have improved freedom of movement. Also the double thickness knees have no access for knee pads (unless the seams are unstitched.) As I had no need for knee pads this isn’t an issue in my case.Don’t let any of the above put you off unless the knee pad issue is a deal breaker. You would eg have to pay over £100 for much less tough Carhartt casual pants in the men’s department at John Lewis.
