American Stockyard - All American Burger Seasoning Organic BBQ Rub - Small Batch Made in Kansas City, USA - 4.7oz - All Natural Spice Blend

I was a former fan of using Zarda Steak Rub in all of my home made burgers. As the online retailer of that rub no longer sells it, I was on the hunt for a new seasoning. I frequently watch BBQ videos by All Things BBQ as they are who I bought my smoker from. They often use seasonings from American Stockyard, to include the All American Burger Seasoning. My Zarda outage and the past 4th of July necessitated a quick decision on my part as to what seasoning to use on my burgers for my 4th of July BBQ. I went with the All American Burger Seasoning. I'm so glad I did. I loved the Zarda as it was heavy on the garlic. The All American seasoning is not as garlicky, but it is very, very flavorful. I'm not sure if the other ingredients aided in keeping the moisture in the burger, but I did use a meat thermometer and pull the burgers off the direct heat at 155 degrees.The burgers were prepared the day before, with nearly 3/4 of the bottle of seasoning added to about 3lbs of meat. I finely chopped red bell peppers and incorporated in the meat. I made 1/2" mini-burgers, about 3". Kept overnight in the refrigerator. Removed from the fridge about an hour before cook time to let the meat come to room temp. Cooked for approx 5 min each side. Put Boar's Head pepperjack cheese on the burgers. Served with burger buns my wife made that morning. Best burgers I'd had in a long time.I'd highly recommend this seasoning. It's going to be my go to seasoning. It can be found four less elsewhere though.

I have traditionally used various other burger seasonings, but decided to give this a try when my other one was out of stock. I'm glad I did, because this stuff is delicious! I won't be buying anything else from here on out...

This burger seasoning is one of the best I've ever used! A little salty, but not as much as others. This is definitely a favorite at our house!

Real good I put on Hamburg of coarse and fried eggs!!
