Absolutely love these two chairs. When I first got them, I was nervous because the box was destroyed, but once I open them up, they were super easy to put together so comfortable. I even went back and ordered the ottoman to match and I also have two of the barstools very good quality highly recommend.

I love this chair for its plush seat and supportive design—it’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day...especially while waiting to get ready for your massage. Everything looked great as I was taking it out of the carton. All parts here there and instructions included. As I was assembling the item, I realized on one side the screw holes didn't line up. I tried swapping the sides for that brace piece, but they still didn't line up. It appears. there is a chunk of metal inside the metal tube that is preventing the brace piece from fully inserting. Definitely not comfortable using with one side not properly attached. Disappointing.

The "slantedness" (word I made up) of the seat is very comfortable, you can curl up in the chair, sit with your legs crossed, or it's perfect height for an ottoman to stretch out. I am plus size and not only do I feel supported in the chair, but also comfortable! Do yourself a favor when putting together and be mindful of which way the neck support bar is facing, I had to take mine almost completely apart to switch it around.

The color is pretty and the chair itself is comfortable, however, I was very discouraged, frustrated, and disappointed with the assembly. There were 6 screw holes that were not aligned and it was impossible to use an allen wrench to get the screws in to secure one side of the chair. Do better.

I have never actually sat on a cloud, but I’m sure this chair is very close to what that experience would be. Pour yourself a glass of wine, hit your playlist and take your time unpacking (it’s packaged perfectly). Easy assembly my only comment would be to slide the fabric piece onto two of the poles already in place and screwed tight, slide the 3rd pole through the fabric THEN stick the pole into the slot and screw tight. You’ll know what I mean when u see it.Chair is wide, comfy, sturdy & mid century pretty. 🖤

Very happy with this handsome and comfortable chair, even though it’s bigger than I was imagining. Take heed of the measurements! Husband swore a lot putting it together. He’s usually good at things like that and he struggled a bit.
