It’s been about two weeks since I’ve been taking the gummies. So far the effects I've encountered are positive. I take them first thing in the morning when I wake up. I feel like I have more energy and clear minded. I’ve also haven’t had to drink coffee either. Normally I do just because I like that extra jolt. Since then, no coffee. I’m definitely happy with the gummies so far. As for side effects, I have not encountered any. Except since I’ve been working out, I’ve been able to push myself harder.
