So ok my thoughts on this drill ok love the concept on it it so easy forTravel I’m obsessed with that I’m love the idea behind this for it amazing itNot to heavy the display is fantastic the one and only issue I have witch is not a deal breaker for me but I all so have 10 years of nail experience the only thing I wish it had was more power. I do have to turn it up pretty high to keep it from shouting off on me when I press down on the mail, but that’s it. This is a really good tool. I think for a beginner that’s thinking about doing their own nails works for me. I love it and I will definitely keep using it.

Beautiful design, light-weight, easy to use and hold due to its nice slim design HOWEVER... the 1st one I ordered was fluctuating speeds on LEVELS 1 to 5, I said OKAY this one may be defective, I ordered a replacement thinking the next one will work just fine but unfortunately the same issue, from levels 1 to 5 it speeds up and slows down jumping back and fourth this is not safe for proper e-filing it can burn you or client or "cause rings of fire" and its very annoying, this could be an excellent product if that issue is fixed and if it gets fixed I would definitely buy one again to try it

This purchase was a must! I got tired of having to sit close to an outlet with my other nail drill. It's easy to use, lightweight and powerful. Convenience is key!

The media could not be loaded.  I LOVE the feel of this nail filer! It has a good weight to it, it’s very sleek and I like the simple colors. Not having my drill plugged into the wall while I’m working is WONDERFUL!! The lock and unlocking of the drill heads is a GREAT feature! I bought a new nail drill in the first place cuz with my last one, the drill head got stuck inside it and we couldn’t get it out, this gives me the satisfaction of that not happening again 😅 The drill spins at VERY high speeds and also does very low speeds. My last drill only had 2 speed settings, this one has 30! This drill is also not pricey either! I think the price, quality and the fact that it’s cordless, are definitely reasons to buy this if you’re thinking about it. I think it very worth it. I will definitely be recommending this purchase to my friends and family.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased a replacement MelodySusie because my other one broke. Today I receive my order and the box was damaged, weird, but whatever, I need the drill for clients tomorrow. Imagine my surprise when I open the box and find hair, dust and other debris in the box. Top layer all the way down to the bottom of the box. I was a cosmetic manager for over 15yrs in the cosmetic industry, if it even looked slightly like it was opened or compromised we returned it. This is complete unacceptable and disappointing because it came directly from MelodySusie direct. I truly can’t understand how something like this could happen in the first place, it’s VERY CLEARLY used! Did anyone even check the box before shipped? Where are the checks & balance steps. Hopefully my replacement arrives in a better condition.

I just received my e-file and I'm enjoying playing around with it, learning how to use it. I can tell there's a learning curve of course, but it's simple to operate, and there are instructional videos available that I can watch.My goal is to be able to re-use press on nails by removing the dried on glue from them, so they will sit properly on the nail. My friend, a nail tech, recommended this brand as the one she uses, so I sent them my money. :-D
