I just started using this roller, and I'm genuinely impressed. First of all, it was relatively easy to assemble. The elbow support frame is really sturdy, and the wheels do bounce back as promised—I can even do about 20 reps a set now, though I hadn't exercised in forever before this. I used to have a simpler model that made my joints ache, but with this one, I don't have that issue. Plus, I'm starting to feel like I actually have muscles in my stomach! So far, so good.

I have always wanted to be able to add an ab roller to my exercise routine... and now I can thanks to this ab roller! I've had rollers that feel unstable, hurt my wrists, and make me feel like I'm not strong enough to use them. This roller solves those problems! It's stable (no lateral wheel movement) and the elbow supports reduce the pressure on my wrists. I am able to extend much further and with more stability than with my old roller. I also really like the timer and how it allows me to keep track of how much time has passed and keep my phone screen free for entertainment. Since getting this piece of equipment, I've been much more likely to fit an ab workout into my overall exercise routine. Overall a great purchase!
