My daughter loved this watch as a birthday gift and as a parent I also liked the features it supports.Watch works perfectly in terms of calling and location tracking.Technical support team is very supportive. They helped me for all the initial setup and queries. Initially I faced few issues with the watch but technical support team resolved that as well.Only video call is not working properly on my phone but tech support representative shown me, it's working on his phone. Will check if it's Android version issue or something else.Overall, I am happy with performance, feature and look & feel of watch.

With in a month .. the watch started performing poor with the battery. The battery was getting drained in less than half a day and eventually few hours and now it doesn’t last for 1 hour also after charging it full . It’s been less than 2 months and i cannot use it for my daughter now . It was a very bad investment and I hope I atleast get to buy some other product instead of this by returning it to Amazon

After 1 month searching I took 2 watches....Thanks it's a good device.I'm using it since 1 month...For all anxious parents and and for any tracking and calling purpose...alzheimers or mr kids..For parents searching for a GPS tracking device this is a good buy, cute, good phone, very good video call camera, easy settings, app is also good, never hangs and easy settings.Good quality watch for the price, very light weight and kids can easily wear it.Gps,lbs,wifi location is good compared to all other devices. GPS works well out door with10 meter accuracy, lbs and wifi shows tower locations. Battery is good almost 24 hours for normal functions except video call etc. Customer care response is also good app supportis also good.

its good value for money.the good:easy to setupthe companion application is good.ability to be tracked by multiple people at the same time.the build quality of the core of the is good, buttons ok, strap is good.screen bright.the bad:doesn't get signal very well. many times inside the house, it doesn't catch signal and is unreachable.even when it is reachable, the companion application can not send messages to it since data signal is not therethe location accuracy is not great (it is cell tower based and not GPS based. This makes is inaccurate).touch screen is laggyThe camera is not good.summary:for its price, it is good. helps with calling. Doesn't really help with location tracking much (for my use).

The media could not be loaded.  First of All, Made In IndiaVery Good quality, good touch screen and display, soft Silicone strap very comfortable.Video camera quality ok, but that was not my preference. Wanted a basic tracker watch for my 10 Yr old son. 2way calling is good quality, Sound output OK. Tracking not tried yet hence the accuracy nit commented.Overall a very good Basic tracker watchNo video calling, no games, no music, so no distractions/addiction.Basic purpose served.Battery life is good. Lasts for 2 days

It's a pretty useless watch, buyers beware of this brand. It operates on 2g data, which you will not get, and it does not support BSNL, Jio sim.It uses some cheap hardware, and the network keeps fluctuating, so you cannot call the watch any point of time. Tracking is not accurate, it shows 1 km away from my home where the watch is kept.Worst thing is the sound it provides is very low, you cannot even hear on the mobile. The support team says that is because of the insulation. What is the point of buying a watch, whose sould output is negligible.Touch screen is pathetic, camera quality is same as some cheap phone of 2006 era.Build quality n color looks very cheap, not sure how people rated it 3 star.Pretty pathetic product, and worst is no support or return option.

Amazing support from seller. I ordered pink colour by mistake n needed blue.. Amazon team gave up like "we can only replace this product with same colour" which was not an acceptable solution. We somehow got sellers number in delivery packing and called him to help in replacing the watch with blue colour.. Seller immediately offered replacement and shared his address over call. To our delight "Mr. Sudhakar" from IFI Homes did replacement and also guided us through entire features of the watch at his office, which was a pleasant surprise.Product is working fine and is in line with our expectation.

Initially it worked fine. Started giving trouble after one month of use. As it was under warranty, I sent it to their office in Bangalore. They charged Rs. 750/- for the watch casing. Within a week's usage, it stopped working. Build quality is very poor.
