KG-RX100 Metal Custom Handgrip Compatible for Cyber-shot RX100 III RX100IV RX100V Series Cameras

It's a perfect upgrade to my rx100v

only 3 stars because of 2 things:- there is a logo on the front, which doesn't appear in the product photos. a big surprise and quite ugly in my honest opinion.- it is rather small, especially the height of the.... bump. doesn't feel very fit in my (admittedly big) hand.other than that... appears to be made of metal of some sort, time will tell if it is really helpful to get a better grip on this camera.

I'm disappointed in this product.It doesn't feel like metal. It feels like plastic.The curve does not match the curvature of the RX100. There's a very slight gap between body and handgrip. I will admit it is possible that I didn't position it precisely, though I made a great effort to do so.I would have preferred a deeper inset, but that's a stylistic thing.The part on the fron of the camera doesn't run all the way to the lens mount. That leaves a gap between the edge of the handgrip and the lens mount that feels odd to my fingertips when holding the camera.I really don't care for the surprise bonus: the name and model number of the item are printed on the front of the handgrip. That ugly surprise is nowhere to be seen on the nine photos of the product on the Amazon sales page. There is absolutely no practical reason for this to be there.I'm going to try to return. The cheaper plastic version is superior.Jerry
