Remarkably good value.
I bought this to get the particular 'fresnel' look, units 15cm and above tend to be rather expensive, but this Smallrig is remarkably good value, the fresnel is glass not plastic so the optical quality is excellent. The body is plastic but 'up to the job' it's not heavy duty but for an individual rather than say a hire studio it will stand up to a lot of use. The turning knob adjustment is very convenient, the in built cooling fan apparently works on the Seeback effect, so requires no direct power supply. I use the fresnel on both LED and flash and it works fine on either.

Does not fit original Aputure 120D or 300D!
I bought this as a long time Smallrig user. Unfortunately the Bowens mount isn't deep enough to reach the locking channel on the original Aputure 120D or 300D, so I have returned it. It worked well on my Godox 60W lights.

Ottima fresnel robusta e ben costruita
Ho provato diverse fresnel anche di altri brand, queste mi sono piaciute per la regolazione tramite manopola e la ventola passiva. Ottimo rapporto nell'incrementare la luminosità del faro, le ho montate su una luce sempre della Smallrig 120B.

Warto znać i wiedzieć przed zakupem jak ten fresnel będzie pracował wraz z posiadanymi lampami
Niestety SMALLRIG RA-F150 Fresnel Lens nie współpracuje dobrze z moją lampą led 300w. Przy 10 stopniach otrzymuję przyjemnie oświetlony środek, który przechodzi w cienie by potem znów otrzymać jasny pierścień wokół. Czyli od środka jasno dalej ciemno, potem znów jasno i dalej ciemno. Sam produkt dobrej jakości. Dostawa przebiegła sprawnie. Planuję dokupienie lamp led - może teraz SMALRIG, która będzie lepiej pracowała z FRESNEL LENS?
