Update: customer service making it right!
Update: Mia with podofo reached out and is issuing a refund without me having to worry about shipping the package back! It really has been a pleasure to deal with a company that really cares about their customers!I wasted hours installing this and hours more afterward just trying to make subwoofers sound decent. I also had to cut up my $35 radio mounting plate because this was too wide to fit into a standard double din adapter. The real outputs apparently aren't ment for a sub and iv found no settings that help it. I even bought a $30 line output converter to try that and while it helped it isn't enough for me to keep this unit in my car.I'm only giving two stars because it does technically work, it just preforms really bad. If u don't care about how your audio sounds or if it's loud (because this unit is alot quite than my factory radio) then this will work for you.And yes I realize u get what u pay for but iv used one of these about 5 years ago without any problems other than it being a little quite.

many faults
UPDATED review. i was contacted by the seller and stated they would offer a replacement which i gladly accepted. they asked me to supply pictures of my console with the order # and send them to an email address outside of amazon which i was not comfortable with nor did i know why they would need me to do so. they contacted me again asking for pictures so i could get the right unit for our vehicle so i provided pictures in my reply now several days later i have not received a response that was the last i heard from them. unit did not come with any mounting hardware but Bench tested and radio seemed to work so carried on with install. After initial install usb didnt work, mirror link didnt work and BT had a loud buzz during calls. i tried 2 different aftermarket install kits and neither one worked, radio was too big for both and mounting holes on the sides of the unit didnt line up on either one. There was also a fault in the wiring along with the speaker wire colors not matching the instructions and the 12v constant and ignition wires were both 12v constant so no way to turn the unit off without having to reset everything after hooking it up again. very disappointed i was really looking forward to using this radio.

Broken Headunit
I bought this product a few weeks ago believing it would be a nice budget friendly head unit for my car. For the first two weeks it was alright, everything you would expect for 40$. (This unit also did not have the Apple CarPlay feature at all which it was shown to have when I first placed my order) However, after that the unit would stop connecting to my phone or randomly disconnect. This unit also turns off at random points and the sound quality significantly dropped, and I can barely hear the audio when it is set to level 30, which is on the higher end for this device. I will be contacting the seller asking for a refund.UPDATE: The seller was quick to reach out to my response, and after telling them all the issues I had, they were able to send me a replacement. The replacement seems to be in much better condition than the one I originally purchased, and was easy to install. The seller was also kind enough to get extremely quick shipping on the product, and I received it in one business day.

Died almost Immediately
UPDATE: The seller was proactive and reached out to me to send me a replacement radio. That's fantastic customer service for what I assumed was a no name faceless company. Adding a star solely on that. I'll update and increase the rating depending on how the replacment radio works out.I installed this unit in my 2000 accord. Seemed like a decent upgrade from the stock radio. For the $36 I paid for it, it did exactly what I wanted; add blue tooth capability to my car and mirror my phone (no android auto). It wasn't nearly as laggy as I expected. Slightly slow but very usable. Bluetooth connected immediately without issue. Mirroring worked easily. It sounded about as good as the stock system. There were a few cons I found while it worked for the short about of time I used it. The radio memory settings didn't store after shutting the car off. I double checked my connections and verified the constant 12v connection was connected properly. Audio only played from the screen you're looking at. If youre listening to the radio or Bluetooth and exit to another screen like settings, the audio would stop. The radio died the second day I had it in my car. Absolutely would not boot up. Check the wiring and verified voltage from the car and the fuse. Just totally dead. I didn't even get a chance to try out the back up camera. There's certainly quality control issues, but that's what you get for this price. Maybe you'll get luck and get a good unit. I didn't. I'll be attempting to get a refund and buy a more expensive unit.
