ServSafe Coursebook, Revised with ServSafe Online Exam Voucher (6th Edition)

WATCH FOR VOUCHER INCLUDED! This book said it was included though upon delivery I found it to not be included. In order to take the Servepro exam online, you MUST have the voucher. I returned the book easily & received a refund. I bought the book new at my college with the voucher & the book was very informative. Think of the book as the DMV handbook. There is only so much it can teach you. The rest you will learn with experience. This book was easy to read & contains somewhat bold print. The chapters are pretty short & contain answers to the end of chapter questions. I answered all the end of chapter questions & did the review my professor provided us with. I passed the Servepro management test with flying colors. Most of the questions I was asked from Servepro were things I learned via the book. Good book just be sure the book you order contains the voucher or purchase it from Servepro directly. Just be VERY SURE when ordering to verify the voucher you ordered is for the online test & is NOT the one you fill in the bubbles.

Easy to read

I had to take a Servsafe course for a culinary program. Unfortunately, there was no voucher or code when it came time for our class to take the exam. It's my first time taking it and did not realize it should be in the front of the book. I had to pay an extra $50 to take the test. BEWARE!!! My teacher said I got SCAMMED!!

Did not get the voucher that I paid for and the customer service wasn't much help, they offered me a 5 dollar gift card, like that really helps.

Good to rent and not buy.

If you are getting certified, read this book.

Do not buy the ServSafe Coursebook from this vendor. The Exam Codes on the edition I purchased were invalid and ServSafe will not provide you with any assistance.
