If you have ever assembled an IKEA cabinet, dresser drawers or shelving, you have the necessary skills to assemble this machine. It is easier to assemble with 2 people. Our assembly took 4 hours. It comes with the necessary 17mm and 19mm wrench and alan wrenches. We used our own socket wrenches, but it was nice to see that the necessary tools to assemble the machine were included. I will keep these nearby just in case I need tighten any of the nuts in the future.The machine is great. It allows many different exercises and the convenience of the weight stack is great. If/when we want to do reps with weight that exceeds the weight of the stack, the included smith bar with separate weights (purchased separately) is available for heavier leg or chest workouts.The machine is sturdy enough for normal use. I will move this from its current area to our workout room when construction is finished. It is not sturdy enough to move to another room as an entire unit, so I will disassemble/re-assemble it when I move it to a new room.Customer service has been the best I have experienced in a long time. I ordered the wrong machine and they help me re-order this machine. I also received a friendly follow up to make sure the new machine arrived as promised.If you want a machine that will allow you all of the necessary exercises for weight training, this one will work well. If you are training for Mr./Mrs. Universe, you might want a machine with only free weights, but this one is incredibly convenient with the stack weights and numerous adjustments that support many different exercises.

This is an amazing home gym. It takes 5-6 hours to set up. However, that is only because it it is so sturdy and has so many different exercises, both cable and free weight options. It is worth every minute. The pieces are solid and built to last. It all fits together perfectly. It’s nice that they provide written and video instructions for installation. If there is a better option out there for the price, I would be surprised. You simply cant be disappointed if you buy this one!
