Good idea
I am going to have a try at growing strawberries this year ,and when I saw this I thought it would be a good idea to try this instead of growing in my grow bed ,as I thought they would take to much room ,and not leave enough room for me to grow my salad crops so I thought this would be quiet a good idea without buying the strawberry tubs which seem to get expensive to what these containers do. so I thought it would be a good idea and it was very easy to put together. I await the results .

Smarter than your average flower pot
Punched out drainage holes, put shallow layer of small stone in base, filled to inner line with enriched compost and planted with strawberries. Drainage excellent - you can see the slow drip between levels as water settles.Looks smart in the conservatory and plants thriving after just two days.

Attractive and sturdy
Love these so much I have three! Use for a mix of strawberries and plants. Water tray is an extra bonus and the birds love to bath in them!
