Superb hot tub
Superb hot tub. Easy to put together, sturdy, very quiet running you can hardly hear the heater. Jets are powerful and work very well. Accessories it comes with cover, inflatable bladder for under the cover, ground mat, padlock, all adapters to inflate, dvd and manual, 2 filters. Retains heat well, heats up quickly, easy to use. So pleased we went ahead and bought it.

Almost great
This is a replacement for my last mspa which only lasted 2 years as the zipper rotted away, the buttons on the control panel wore out and then the heater shorted out. I had to wait 2 months for delivery and paid double the price for this new improved model. The wiredcontrol panel will hopefully be more durable than the last control panel, but it would be great to have an actual remote where you could set it without leaving the house. Aesthetically, it is much more pleasing. It comes with a cushioned ground mat and is much more comfortable to sit on. It also has an inflatable bladder to retain heat. In the pictures this appears to create a dome when the lid is on, which would have kept the rain from collecting in a big pool, but unfortunately this is not the case so will still need to drain it off after it rains. The sides are much thinner, and although this is an improvement visually, I preferred the comfort and height of the thicker sides. My main disappointment is the temperature. In the online info it states 42° as the max temp, but it is only 40°. I always set the spa at 41° which actually makes a big difference to the experience for me, but my family prefer it cooler so they're fine with it. They actually prefer this tub, if this was my first tub, I would also be delighted, but unfortunately, I am still mourning the loss of the old one :( I would still recommend mspa over other spas, due to the more economical/quieter internal to the wall heater/filter, strong construction, increased number of jets and higher temperature than some other spas. I will be covering this spa with a weather proof cover when not in use, to protect the zip, although they now recommended waxing it, so must be aware of the issue with it splitting.

Shocking aftercare when it brakes and it will brake
The pump and heater system failed after 12 months and two weeks. I emailed Mspa multiple times and got put in contact with someone who was little to no help, who didnt seem to care his product failed so soon after its orginal warranty and agreed to fix it if i paid £60 however I then goty an email saying the pump was broke (allready knew that) and they wanted a further £160AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's just OK
There is nothing majorly wrong with this hot tub. It holds water, it gets hot (eventually), the bubbles work. There are various minor niggles that take the edge off being totally happy with it.The inflatable lid to go under the cover is a great idea; if it was larger! It sits IN the tub instead of on the rim. Meaning the cover sags and collects water. It is nearly impossible to remove the cover and not end up with the water on the cover going into the tub. The cover does NOT look like the picture in the listing. The heater is underpowered for size. It heats up at about 1C per hour. Luckily the cover is well insulated, so it does heat up even when the weather is cold. With the cover off it loses about 2C per hour with the heater on and no bubbles.Ours was missing the lid inflation hose, which MSpa refused to supply! I had to inflate the lid using my own foot pump...Like many inflatable spas, the pump and filter are not very effective. You should expect to empty and refill it about every six weeks or monthly if you are using it a lot.Would I but it again? Only if it was very cheap and I couldn't get any other brand.

Great fun but there is quite a lot to maintain and always additional expense
Really surprised at the quality of this item. That said its not the cheapest on the market.Didn't take long to inflate and fill it's literally plug and play took overnight to heat to desired temperature which was fine as we had to shock and treat the water.Had an error message after a week as had a blocked filter but that's user error and now used to the maintenance - this is the trick to the tub you must keep the water in the zone to really enjoy the fun of the spa but it takes effort and monitoring.

Heating the tub up
I just purchased this hot tub haven’t used it yet. Is it ok to keep the inflateable bladder under the cover and switched on all night to heat up?
