Hey, I don't know about you, but I'm horrible at hook sets. I get the timing all wrong never really knowing when the time is right to set the hook. Fish get away, and that makes you mad. Set lines like running trots, jugs or limbline eliminate the the hook set, but the hook has to do all the work. Circle hooks are that hook. The first time I used a circle hook was jug lining.
