Q: Do these fit the SPD (2 hole) cleats? thanks!

No. They are for Keo Cleats. Road bike shoes. SPD cleats are normally used on MTB shoes, and the cleat is recessed in the sole of the shoe. If you are using SPD cleats on your road shoes, then I don't think you'll find a cover for them. You could Google "Kool Kovers" to see, but I don't think such a critter exists.

Q: Do these work with the Powertap P1 pedal cleats? Shape is very similar...

They fit my red Powertap P1 cleats very well. The P1 cleats are apparently close enough to the Keo.

Q: Will these fit a Garmin Vector cleat?

Barely. I have the Garmin Vector power meter pedals and these covers *really* need to be stretched and stepped on to stay on the cleat, and stay there.
