I've owned older Prettycare models, and I see some nice new features in this latest model, including a flexible tube that makes it easier to get under furniture, a new and more effective rotating brush, and a better designed dusting attachment. Charging time is about 3 hours from 50% to 100%.All-in-all, a very easy to use and well-made vacuum, lightweight, easy to clean, plenty of power, and versatile. And a good value at the price. Recommended!

My favorite feature about this PRETTYCARE vacuum cleaner is the bendable wand! It makes getting under my kitchen island and vanities a breeze. I was surprised at how lightweight this vacuum is yet still quality built. It is effortless to push it and very comfortable. Some vacuums are awkward or bulky, this is neither of those things. The attachments are very nice to have for baseboards and hard to reach places. It’s easy to empty, power is good for both carpet and hardwood (there is a high and low) and it seems to charge quickly. I had an outlet installed in my cleaning closet and hung it on the wall (see photo). Very convenient!

I’m surprised with how easy it was to assemble this vacuum and start using it right away. I have two kids and my couch always get dirty with crumbs and all sorts of stuff, the handheld portion was light enough to maneuver and the suction was strong enough to clean everything up! My favorite part is that no bags are required and with a push of a button I am able to dispose of the dirt and trash. This vacuum is easy to use, cleans everything up, and easy to store. No need to pay hundreds of dollars for expensive and brand name vacuum when this one does it all.

Ran it for 5 minutes low volume and it dropped from 100% to 45%.Had to keep going over the same area again and again just to pick up dog hair which is why l bought it in first place.The vacuum head attachment is only about 8 inches wide and l had to keep clearing the brush roller because of hair buildup that wouldn’t go into the collection chamber.I should have known that the price dictates the overall efficiency. I will keep it as a handheld but; l will be buying a better unit.This vacuum is pure junk the vacuum head clogged itself and had to be manually cleaned every minute. 14 minutes 0 % power. Must have done their own 5 star ratings.

I got this product through the warranty provided by the original manufacture. At first I was skeptical for the replacement, but it turns out working pretty good. It is light weight with strong suction power and less parts required to assemble compare to the older model. Although one thing I wish they should have done is to at a clicking mechanism on the extendsion arm. I like the idea of changing it from retractable to foldable, but it would be better to be able to hold the angle at a 120 dregree so I could hold the handle instead of the arm when using it.

I like it, I do, but it’s not that powerful. There are only two speeds and the first one is useless. I like that the filters are washable and the second speed is good, but…

I love this vacuum! It is lightweight, has great suction, it rolls nice and easy, it has a charging station and it is easy to empty. I use it for cleaning up pet hair and in the kitchen, it works great.
