The quality of these is excellent, and I suppose the price isn't too bad considering you're going to have them for many years.The colour scheme is nice, and to me, it looks more like light purple than pink. As such, I don't know why these are aimed specifically at women, as they're perfectly fine for guys too.They're only one pound each, so they're not overly heavy at all, and they work super well for things like rebounding, steps, or vibration platforms.It is good that you could take some of the silicon portions off to make them lighter if you wanted, but I just left them all on.There is a bit of elasticity to the strap, so once you have them sized right, they are easy to take on and off without having to pull the velcro off.The silicon feels pleasant against the skin, and after putting them on, you'll hardly notice them after a few minutes.

Great weights and comfortable on the ankles and wrists. Provide a good workout.

I loved these weights as soon as I saw them, you could tell they were good quality. They fit on my ankles perfectly over my leggings. Great for exercising with the added weight. Even for beginners stepping out. When it came to putting them on my wrists, I struggled a bit. Once I had them on, I found that after a while they irritated my skin (would have been ok if I’d put them on over sleeves, but I don’t exercise in long sleeves). I had fun doing my housework with them on too (therefore great for beginners), but still, irritating on my wrists. They are good quality, but I do think they are a little overpriced.

I like them, they have good velcro (maybe I wish you could tight them even more but they work fine as they are), the surface has a nice smooth feeling, I like the colour etc. Super happy with them. Good weight for a beginner. 5/5

This 1 lb wrist and ankle weights set of 2 doing great job I must admit, I use them during running and various other exercises to make it a bit more difficult for myself but at the same time to have better results of these exercises.They are Ideal for cardio and strength training.I really like that this set looks like really good quality for long time of use.With these wrist and ankle weights you will burn more calories for sure.The material they are made of is anti slip too.They are durable, great quality and price is really good,Recommended to anyone.

These weights are really good, a bit pricey when you can get the same cheaper however they are really comfortable and work really well so can’t complain really! Love the colour.

These weights are best ankle weights I've ever had. Sturdy but comfortable. I hate when the velcro digs into the skin, not with these well designed beauties! A great addition to my workout to add a little oomph to thigh work.The light purple color is beautiful and are nice to look down at to get a little boost. Just one more rep pop. Ho avuto il piacere di utilizzare questo set di pesi per caviglie durante le mie sessioni di allenamento e devo dire che hanno superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative.La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la comodità. Sono rivestite con un materiale morbido al tatto, con la loro forma e dimensione si adattano perfettamente alla caviglia. Anche dopo un'ora di utilizzo, non ho avvertito alcun disagio o irritazione. La chiusura in velcro è robusta, delicata sulla cute e regolabile, garantisce una vestibilità sicura senza comprimere eccessivamente. Il design ergonomico è uno dei punti forti di questo set. Si adattano perfettamente all'anatomia della caviglia, distribuendo il peso in modo uniforme. Questo aspetto è fondamentale per evitare sovraccarichi o stress articolari, soprattutto durante gli esercizi più intensi. Inoltre, grazie al loro design, non scivolano mai, anche durante i movimenti più dinamici.Si sono rivelate ideali per potenziare la mia routine di allenamento. Die Manschetten wurden in einem kompakten, stabilen Karton und einer wiederverschließbaren Tasche aus Plastik zur Aufbewarung geliefert (siehe Foto). Die Tasche wirkt nicht sehr stabil und ist auch nicht sonderlich ansehnlich, aber wird ihren Zweck erfüllenDie Manschetten bestehen aus dehnbaren, 6cm breiten Klettverschlussbändern auf die jeweils 8 Einzelgewichte gefädelt sind. Die Gewichte sind verschiebbar, dreicksförmig und vollständig abgerundet und haben außen eine matte Silikonoberfläche (das gleiche Material, aus dem z. B. Backformen sind). Insgesamt wiegt jede Manschette laut meiner Waage 460gr. Optisch finde ich das Produkt recht ansehnlich, wesentlich hübscher als die meisten anderen Gewichtsmanschetten jedenfalls.Die Bänder sind im entspannten Zustand 31cm lang und lassen sich auf maximal 50cm dehnen, d. h. mit der Überlappung von ca. 5cm am Klettverschluss kann man diese theoretisch an Körperteile mit max. 45cm Umfang befestigen. Allerdings wird das meiner Meinung nach schon bei mehr als 35cm Umfang eher unbequem (man will ja keinen Blutdruck messen), von dem her würde ich die Manschette in so einem Fall nicht empfehlen. Der minimale Umfang, bei dem man die Manschette noch gut befestigen kann ist ca. 15cm.Der größte Vorteil dieser Manschetten gegenüber den meisten anderen Produkten dieser Art ist, dass man die Gewichte verschieben und somit unabhängig vom Durchmesser gleichmäßig um den gesamten Umfang verteilen kann. Dadurch hat man weder den Fall, dass Gewichte bei kleinen Durchmessern übereinander liegen, noch den Fall, dass das Gewicht bei größeren Durchmessern auf einer Seite hängt.Der Klettverschluss hält am Anfang SEHR fest, so dass es teilweise echt schwierig ist, die Bänder wieder abzunehmen. Allerdings lässt das auch recht bald schon nach und ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, wie lange das Band hält, da die Klettschlaufen schon nach wenigem Gebrauch deutlich ausgefranst sind (siehe Fotos). Was auch nicht so schön ist, ist, dass das Band sich am Ende mehr und mehr zusammenrollt, je öfter man den Verschluss geöffnet hat.Insgesamt ist hier die Haltbarkeit leider etwas fragwürdig.Von der Verarbeitung her sind die Manschetten ok. Es stand an einer Seite ein Faden über und die Bandabschlüsse sind nicht gerade umnäht, was aber für den Gebrauch irrelevant ist.Der Tragekomfort der Manschetten ist sehr gut, sofern man sie richtig einstellt und nicht zu lange trägt. Es erfordert etwas Übung, die Spannung so einzustellen, dass sie zwar fest sitzen, aber nicht aufgrund des Drucks schnell unangenehm werden. Sowohl die Silikonoberfläche der Gewichte als auch das Klettband sind aber angenehm auf der Haut und kratzen oder zwicken nicht.Vom Preis her sind diese Manschetten im oberen Bereich angesiedelt. Eine UVP von 50€ für so ein einfaches Produkt ist schon sehr teuer und auch der aktuelle Preis von 35€ bei Amazon ist nicht gerade wenig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man 2x0,5kg Gewichtsmanschetten auch für 15€ bekommt (auch wenn die dann vielleicht nicht so schön und komfortabel sind).Da es auch identisch aussehende Produkte für aktuell 23€ gibt, die mit 99%iger Wahrscheinlichkeit aus der gleichen Fabrik stammen (auch über Amazon erhältlich), würde ich das Produkt dieser Marke also eher nicht selbst kaufen. Ich würde evtl. ein zweites, passendes Paar mit höherem Gewicht kaufen, aber das gibt es von diesem Hersteller nicht, was ich etwas schwach finde.

Ces poids ne pèsent pas 2Kg comme indiqué dans le descriptif mais environ 450g chacun.Ils sont livrés dans une trousse de transport en plastique armé ce que j'apprécie lorsque je me déplace.Cependant la fermeture éclair est de mauvaise qualité.Ces bracelets de poids sont très bien conçus car on peut déplacer chaque triangle de poids en les faisant glisser sur la bande élastique pour l'ajuster à notre anatomie.De plus le Velcros est très large et ne risque pas de céder à l'usage comme cela a été le cas pour mes autres bracelets de poids.
