Macho Dyna 7 Piece Sparring Gear Set with shin Guards Black Adult Medium

My child just started Tae Kwon Do and we weren't looking for a huge investment as he's still figuring out if he's going to keep going. The price on this set is amazing and we weren't disappointed. Put next to the other kids sets we couldn't tell the difference, until we asked what they paid.... we made a lot of parents jealous.

Quality of the product is fantastic, my only complaint would be the sizing. You can only choose one size for the whole sparring kit. I consider myself a average sized guy, I don't have a small head nor do I have a large head. The gloves are just right but the head gear is huge, I can put two fingers between my forehead and the head gear. If it wasn't for the strap under my chin it would probably fall off with the first contact.I think this would fall more under how the product is purchased not a quality issue at all.Maybe during the selection process each piece can have a size to choose from and also a sizing chart. So I could purchase XL gloves and a Large headgear. just a thought.

My twin boys each got a set from Santa and have not stopped fighting each other all morning. Best part is no one is crying this time when they get hit. Thanks Santa-zon

At a certain level, it's sparring gear, you don't expect perfection. And the price isn't bad. (Granted they raised it since I purchased it at $140 a week ago.) But the bit of hard coating on the tip of the gloves is less than ideal, and the gear came outside of the already generous shipping window.The breathability of the gloves is nice so your hands get a little less sweaty than other types. All in all not a bad purchase just well average.

I bought for my grandson. Perfect fit and he is loving his practice.

The product is good overall depending on which circumstance you are in. The best feature of the set is the price point. Being a cheap guys as me, I've search over here a lot and even on ebay and this is the best price I got for the whole set. Its way way more savings rather than buying it individually. It is not enough to rate it a 5 star though cause its more bad than good for my scenario.As mention, the price is great and that where the 2nd star is all about. First issue and most important I guess is; the inability to choose the size in an individual manner. Meaning if you choose small, everything has to be small and that's my problem begins. My son is just 6 years old and is quite chubby but average height, so I chooses small. But you know what, we ended up with a tight headgear and just right size for gloves and shoe. Its a bummer already, I hope they could rectify that part to give buyers flexibility depending on its needs. Next, is how the shoes is made. To give you an idea, the base is hole and only secure with 2 strips to keep the shoe in place. I know its necessary to have a grip on the ground but it could have been modify to just a single larger strip that could cover 1/3 of the feet. The 2 thin strips sometimes can tangle on the kids toes which disturb them during sparring. Lastly, material wise I should say both good and bad. Good cause its soft and manageable. Bad on my case cause the way the surface is fabricated. My son accidentally left the knee pad on the car on a 100 degree summer heat and voila its now somewhat melted and attached to each other. In other words, it will somewhat melt or entangled with each other in too much heat to it. So beware not to do the same mistake. Again, its good for the price and could be good too on the issues that I raised depending on what factors you are into.

Most pieces fit really well, the feet covers were a little big on my 7yr old and so his toes don’t quite reach past the under strap but everything else seems to fit well.
