Vinyl LP pressing. Seance is a Swedish death metal band. The band was formed in March 1990 when two local Linköping bands, Orchriste and Total Death, fused. They split up after two albums in 1998. Most band members were also involved in the bands SATANIC SLAUGHTER and WITCHERY. Patrik Jensen later joined the band THE HAUNTED. They reunited in early 2008 and released a 2009 album, Awakening of the Gods, through Pulverised Records.

Not Great! Just Pretty Good!
This is quite A straight forward debut from Seance. Although there may not be anything that outstanding on offer here, F N L T R is defiantly a good enough insight to what was going on in Death Metal in the first half of the 90's. Although from Sweeden; these guys do offer A slight alternative to the Tomas Skogsberg produced sound (Entombed, Dismember, carnage etc.) None the less, still fast, heavy and still overall pretty well produced. These guys may not be the best instrumentalists about but they Don't let themselves down here. There's A good flow to this album and there are enough ideas to keep this quite brief offering (9 tracks in 31 minutes) interesting the whole way through. If you were there at the time and you can track this album down; do it; it won't disappoint. If you're A new listener; still good; but nothing amazingly special!

This is a realy good old school very heavy death metal album, good and pacy whith good vocals.
