Great for Chicken or Pork Tongkatsu
this is not the American worcestershire and it works perfectly for the chicken katsu or pork tongkatsu sauce as part of the ingredient. it tastes like your Japanese restaurant Katsu sauce. I just followed a Youtube recipe that suggested this and worked really well

Great sauce.
I used this to make a Korean Pork Cutlet dish which specifically mentioned this product to use. I am NOT a Worcestershire fan, so I usually leave this ingredient out as it's usually only a tablespoon or less. This recipe called for a cup, so I put a cup in. It was amazing! I don't think the Worcestershire that I buy a my local grocery store in Arizona would have tasted as good.

surprise flavor
I didn't think I would like a vegetarian sauce, however, this sauce is excellent. Try it.

Sweeter than what the Brits make
Nice alternative to the British product and American knockoffs. Makes a good marinade or good in Bloody Marys especially using Hakku vodka.

Great!
Great Japanese Worcestershure sauce.Great with fried rice, good for Asian pancake mix with mayonnaise.Simple ingredients. It contains soy but I think since it made in Japan and label put in English for export, I don't have to worry about GMO soy.

Different but I liked it.
I'd seen a cooking show where this product was used. I didn't know that there was a Japanese version existed. I liked it. And yes, it does not taste like the American version. It's sweeter.

The perfect Worcestershire sauce
Stuff is amazing! I’ve never used Japanese Worcestershire sauce before and holy moly is it a treat! It’s a lot more balanced than any one I’ve gotten here in the US. A little sweet salty and funky but not too much of any. It’s perfect.

Delicious sauce.
I grew up with this sauce as a staple in our house. I was delighted to find it on Amazon. It has multiple uses - as a ingredient in recipes, used as is as an accompaniment to dishes.
