Surprisingly, our Afghan Hound puppy worked out the bell on the first day. Everyone is always surprised and impressed how he rings the bell to let us know. The only reason I didn't rate five stars is because a couple of the bells have already broken off (the metal breaking). The higher bells are still attached and working. Overall, for the price it's worth it and it actually works.

Too short for my doors! They don’t hang down low enough for my 5 month old Pomeranian to reach them. She may be able to reach when on hind legs once she is fully grown, will have to wait and see! In the meantime I will have to attach rope to the top to make them longer….

This simple device stopped my puppy from having accidents after three days, although consistency & reward were definitely the key to success! Works great when you’re at the opposite end of the house to the back door.
