This is very handy for teaching kids how magnets work. It demonstrates how the law of attraction works, as well as when magnets repel. The magnets and plastic pieces were smaller than I anticipated but it is great for little fingers.

This kit, while having a lot of great components that should seemingly work together, is very cheaply made. Four of the magnets broke the very first time I used the kit with my homeschoolers. They were being used properly and there was nothing that should have made them break that easily. Several other parts appear to be flimsy as well, unfortunately with four broken magnets we didn’t get far enough to test them.
