i had been using grow gorgeous’ hair serum, which was working like a dream for me. however, it was discontinued. after a few days without my magic serum, my hair had started to fall out again. i ordered silk’s serum hoping it would be similar to grow gorgeous. not sure how i’m feeling about silk. it reeks, like chemicals or hairspray. it has been leaving my hair feeling brittle, dry, and gross. the serum leaves my fingers feeling sticky. however, my hair loss has slowed down. not sure if silk will help with regrowth in my bald patches like grow gorgeous did, but time will tell. i will update my review from 2 to 3 stars if silk helps with regrowth. if it doesn’t, then i’ll be finding a better product.

This is my second bottle of both the vitamins and the hair serum by Silk Factor. I use them both together and i have seen incredible results. I saw results within the first week, little baby hairs starting to grow back. By the 3rd week the hairs started getting thicker and fuller... I’m telling you GOLD. I use the two products together which might be why it’s working faster but it is worth it!

I was a little skeptical when I purchased this item b/c nothing has worked in the past... But to my surprise, I've seen results in the past 3 weeks. I was diagnosed with traction alopecia and I am proud to say that my hair is growing back. I consistently use the product on my hairline and I can tell a difference. I AM SOLD!

I haven't noticed an increased amount of "growth", but my hair is extra smooth! I also haven't been loosing as much hair in the shower either so I think it's making it stronger. YAY! I've also upped my biotin intake as well, which is something everyone should do when trying to increase hair thickness.

Did nothing to stem hair loss, wasted purchase. Used entire product and followed instructions but nothing happened.

Got this to help protect my hair and hopefully encourage it to grow in a bit thicker. I haven't had it long enough to see much difference in the thickness of my hair but it is definitely silkier and I feel like less is falling out the more I use it.

Not seeing any Improvement in hair thickening after consistent use. Also dislike the smell of the serum.
