Q: how long can you freeze these for?

Not sure of the actual time but I had a package in the freezer for 3 months and they're still good

Q: How many fat grams per serving? I don’t see a nutrition label.

Nutrition facts on back of package say 1 gram per serving

Q: Are they fresh? Is there an expiration date?

I have ordered these several times when they weren't available at Costco (the only place I can get them locally) and they were always shipped quickly and in arrived fresh. They had been frozen and arrived still partly frozen during winter and at least cold during warmer months. There is an expiration date, but they arrived at least a week before that date and it referred to the expiration if left not frozen on shelf. I keep them in the freezer because they separate easily so I can take out one at a time. I put them in toaster on defrost setting and they are perfect!
