Complete scam. I mean…complete. Does absolutely nothing. Except feel like you have a small piece of plastic in your nose. Which is all this is. No snoring relief. No better breathing. No anything. Why Amazon allows scam products like this I don’t understand.

The advertisement as like most in their attempt to sell is full of false hopes. I was skeptical but of course I was drawn in for a way to stop snoring. When I showed my doctor it was all he could do to keep from choking from his belly laughing. He asked if he could give one to his teenage daughter for a nose ring. He would buy the whole box for just one in order to save him hundreds.Sorry to the manufacturer but it’s not worth a nickel…. Save your money, go see a sleep doctor

The base fits snuggly in your nose without discomfort, but the part left to keep your nostrils open is not very wide.

Is small and comfortable, but it falls off your nose easily. I tried to use it during my last trip, and I would lose it all the time, finding it somewhere on the bed. On the plane because of the seating position, I could keep it for a while, so comfortable that you forget you are wearing it, however my husband said I was still snoring. You get a few of those, but it didn't work for me.

I find them comfortable and easy to wear. I’m waking up in the morning with no stuffy nose and no nose bleeds which is great. My husband has a c pap but I’ve asked him to try to catch me snoring when he comes to bed, so far he hasn’t!
