Delivered on time, but after we opened the box, we found out the teapot is absolutely broken into pieces. Will be returning and requesting a full refund. Very disappointed.

I wanted this teapot to replace an antique Hall teapot that finally broke and I'm really pleased with it. It pours beautifully and is just the size I like. It is well-designed to brew loose tea as well as tea bag tea. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: the sharp angle on the handle makes it harder to hold than my Hall teapot and the metal cover left small black marks on the handle and spout that don't come out. That said, really happy the teapot and relieved that I could find one like this.

Bought this for my mother. It's smaller than I had wanted, but it's the perfect size for her. Cozy and tea strainer all in one. I want my own, though I would like it to be larger (2L, ideally). I believe she uses it everyday!

The lid does not fit well in the teapot opening and falls off if the cosy isn't in place. I expected better in such an expensive teapot.
