Decent tap
Delivery was good and the tap is decent quality. The included flexi pipes were not the correct fittings as I've seen on previous reviews. They won't screw to the pipes. I used my old ones which worked out fine. Definitely a decent tap for the price

Do not purchase
I bought these taps in March but had to wait until May to have them installed, three weeks after installation the hot tap failed to close completely therefor hot water constantly running, I had to turn the water leading to the tap meaning I had no hot water in the kitchen. These taps are not up to everyday use as the internal washers are thin propellor shape plastic fins and I Had to buy another set locally, which I should have done in the first place. I informed the suppliers of my predicament and they stated after 30 days the product had to be returned to manufacturer for testing. I would certainly advise anyone not to purchase these taps as they are a waste of money.

Cheap.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. After 8 months these drip constantly. We are replacing with better quality.

Robust
purchased taps previously which were very poor quality and lasted only a matter of weeks this has lasted in our house with constant use by our four children so very happy with this tap looks great and is robust

Good value but compact.
This tap is quite compact. Due to the position of the tap hole on my sink being fairly well back, it doesn't reach as far as I thought it might so the water only just fills into the washing up bowl. It is a reasonably good height and can fill my jug kettle comfortably. The taps turn nicely although not yet given it a good test of time. It seems good value for the price (I paid less than £20) but I only bought it as a temporary replacement before completely renovating our house.

Too small for my kitchen sink
Seemed a good buy, very attractive but had to return this as it was far too small for my kitchen sink.
