I was leery to buy an ebike over the internet, but a year ago there wasn't much available to select in local shops. After waiting on backorder for months on an ebike from another company, I gave up and ordered my SixThreeZero bike. I'm very happy that I did. It was delivered very quickly.I love the pretty color. The shape and position of the handlebars make it comfortable to ride. I've had it for a year now and it runs great. I assembled it myself except for one part where I needed an extra set of hands to hold it while tightening a nut.I had to call customer service a couple times when I first rode it because I couldn't figure out how to engage the motor. They offered some suggestions and then they told me if needed, I could take it to my local bike shop and they would reimburse me for any repair, but I figured it out and got it running. Since then all is well.As you can see in the photos I have added some accessories - a bell, mirrors, a drink holder, and a large saddle bag that goes over the battery pack. I made a ramp so I can roll it up onto my bike rack because it is heavy. I went with the larger 500 motor size because there are a lot of hills by me and have had no problem tackling them. I am also able to keep up with my friends who have been biking for many years.

I love my sixthreezero ebike! Riding long trails with hills are nothing but fun now when they would have been exhausting or near impossible for me. My husband had to get an ebike too to keep up with me! The bike was pretty easy to assemble—I just watched the assembly videos on YouTube—but I did need my husband to help me tighten everything adequately because I’m weak lol. I didn’t experience too much of a learning curve riding this heavier bike like some people have said in reviews, and I’m only 5’4” and 120lbs. The only thing is I can’t really pick it up safely by myself, but again, I’m really not that strong!My only gripe was that my bike was missing a single screw for one side of my front fender and it was a bit of a nightmare to find the exact size screw at the hardware store to fit it.I thankfully happened to catch this bike on sale here for $750ish but it’s definitely worth the full price if you want to bike regularly; now we bike several times a week for 20 miles at a time when I used to only bike maybe 1-3 times a year with a regular bike. We even took our bikes on vacation this year to ride on the beach! Just be aware that you will need a bike rack suitable to carry heavy ebikes (which we also bought on Amazon).Make sure to download the sixthreezero app to track your rides too! This is my 1st ebike purchase and I didn't want to spend a fortune on it! I bought the mint 250 watt bike on sale! It was somewhat easy to put together, but some of the directions did not pertain to this exact bike. We looked at the YouTube videos and that helped.Pros- The bike rides smoothly. It includes both fenders and a rear bike rack (so many companies overcharge for these upgrades). The PRICE! Mine was on sale for under $800! Has great curb appeal.Cons- HEAVY! It is a 60 lb. bike! I am 5’4 and although this is considered a step through bike, the bar is a bit high for me and is tough to get off the bike. So if you are shorter, you may have issues.Conclusion - I like it! Have to figure out a more graceful way to dismount. Looking forward to many adventures on my new sixthreezero bike!

I bought my bike in 2019 and it is still running great and so easy to ride. I had a problem when I lost my keys and the customer service team worked hard to make sure I had new ones. When there were big problems getting a replacement set, they went the extra mile and quickly provided a creative solution. I cannot say enough good about these guys and their care for their customers. Im on the road again and very happy to have chosen them years ago.

My wife loves this bike. It’s so comfortable for her since she’s had back surgery a while ago. Rides happen almost daily on it and I can’t say enough about how reliable and tough these bikes are. I actually bought one of my own because I was a little jealous. Well done!
