adidas Women's Barricade 12 Tennis Shoe

This brand of adidas fits great. Has a very sturdy feel, but looks good as well. Nice width with beautiful detailing. Highly recommend.

I like that these shoes are great right out of the box they have a good arch support the length is good the weather is good I move well on the court with them. The only thing that was a challenge with the first couple times when I went to put them on it’s hard to get your foot in like you need a shoehorn or something but I think they are loosening up.

One star bc I have to AND they are pretty. Sadly.. They DESTROYED my Achilles’ tendons. I’m not sure if it is because the heel is so squishy compared to the rest of the footbed, but i cannot so much as go down steps after wearing them (and I’m 40 and a runner). I reached out to Adidas, but unlike some other makers like Brooks and Hoka they refuse to let me return them for another product bc they were purchased through a third party. Also, the pivoted tongue means, at least for me, the eyelet holes grind on the navicular bone and cause sores. Really terrible, save your $120.

These shoes are great for players looking for the best of the best! They are lightweight, give good support, include comfort-enhancing features, and give your foot a good distribution of weight. The "Barricade" strip on the tongue makes it easy to pull the tongue up and adjust the shoes. There are elastic bands on the inside of the shoe that keep it snug to the foot even if your shoe comes untied. The laces are very nice and hold good knots and are easy to untie when you need to take the shoes off. The only downside to the shoes that I've found is that they retain moisture. The waxed coating on the upper makes the shoes super easy to clean but lends to bad ventilation. Also, I scraped the top layer of the upper while playing one day and there's visible damage that can't be repaired. However, wear and tear is part of a well-loved court shoe so don't let that deter you from purchasing these. By far my favorite shoes I own!For reference of wear, I've had those shoes for about a month.

Let me start by saying I love adidas tennis shoes.I wore barricades for years and now wear the Stella's that sort of replaced them around 2018. When I saw a new barricade was coming out after such a long hiatus, I was excited. I didn't love the new colors they chose, but still excited enough to purchase them within a week of learning about them.Putting on the shoe sitting down, it's fine. Very secure fit along the ankle, good weight. The laces not being in the middle was kind of weird, but not an issue.I tried a quick walk/jog around the house. The shoes were immediately very uncomfortable on the top of my feet. In the new design, they added a rubber coating over the whole top of the shoe. Because of this coating, the top of the shoe creases and bends into the top of my foot with every step. After only 5 minutes I took the shoes off, and there was a red line along the top of both feet from where the shoe was rubbing.Sadly, this will be my first adidas tennis shoes return. I wear a women's 9.5, and my foot is slightly wide towards the front. If you have a more narrow foot this may not impact you.

A little tight but I wore them walking a few days to break them in. Got lots of compliments on the tennis court on the stylish look!

My granddaughters loved these tennis sneakers. They are both on their second pair. Work well on hard court or clay. The grips inside the heel help with preventing ankle turning.

They are cute but run way too big, had to return them

Definitivamente no los recomiendo, había escuchado que los tennis barrica de en esta nueva edición no eran lo mismo, aún así los compré. Cuando me los puse sabía que había cometido un error.Lastima del costado del pie cuando se doblan, tiene un plástico muy duro, definitivamente no me gustaron por ese defecto. El diseño está muy bien y los materiales son premium. Aún así no los recomiendo.

This is the real deception. Shoes are perfect, but saler not!!! The shoes I received are for women. I ordered men's as indicated in the product name and description. I would probably use these shoes because there is no difference between women's and men's, but unfortunately, the size is much smaller, because the women's size scale is different. This is a disgrace, in the description, as I said, it is written that the shoes are for men and the sizes are for men.
