Great cheesy flavor!
If you have realistic expectations, this product is fantastic! If you think the texture of this gluten free skinny pasta will be exactly like real pasta and you’re so picky you can’t eat anything else, then this isn’t for you. The older I get, the more I like to eat products that are better for me so I’m used to different tastes and textures that aren’t like what I had as a kid. With that being said, this product is quick and easy to make, and the sauce is delish even though I modified it (my sauce is not as thick as if you follow directions exactly) and used almond milk rather than heavy cream. I wanted to both reduce the fat and dairy for lactose issues, LOL. I ate it with some chicken, but may actually throw broccoli and chicken right in it next time!

No Flavor
This didn't taste like Mac n cheese at all. It was flavorless. I'm diabetic, so was excited at the thought of having Mac n cheese, again, but was very disappointed.

Surprisingly not bad
ok so honest review time. It's actually pretty damn good. Flavor is fantastic, the noodles are weird, it's like a chewy, rubbery, texture. But, I felt like the longer I cooked it, the less rubbery it was. I also put fried, crispy onions in top, and that made it perfect. So I actually would recommend them. Flavor though, omg yes!! It said to cook like 3-4 minutes, I did more like 10-15 ish

Great Low Carb Mac & Cheese
This stuff was a pleasant surprise. It maintained its shape and was delicious. A couple things I did that worked for me. Rinse good w cold water in a strainer, then spread out in strainer and pat dry with a paper towel or let air dry for an hour or so. I never like powdered cheese so I took white American cheese and melted it w .5 cup of heavy whipping cream. I added shredded chicken and peas for protein. Season to taste. Fantastic!

PASTA TEXTURE IS AWFUL
I was all excited when I saw all the other good reviews. The cheese flavor tastes amazing, but the pasta texture is horrendous. It reminds me of eating gummy chewy seafood or something. It's just not pasta. I tried to overcook it to soften the noodles, but they're just so fleshy and gross. I'm so upset that I have so many boxes now. Even though I'm doing Keto, I'll probably make this with regular pasta and just use the cheese mixture to not waste. So disappointed though. I thought I had found my mac n' cheese Keto fix! Guess not. This company really needs to figure out that gummy texture; it's just awful.EDIT: Company is actively working on making things right & improving, so maybe I'll give it another chance one day.

Tasteless but spongy texture
I had mixed views about "It's Skinny Mac and Cheese." While I liked the flavor of the cheese sauce, which was rich and fulfilling, the pasta's texture was disappointing. It felt rubbery and too soft, similar to eating squid, which made it less enjoyable altogether. Furthermore, given the price, I do not believe it is worth the money. There are superior options that provide a more genuine pasta texture for a lower cost. I would not repurchase this product.

Thanks I Hate It.
+2 stars because I didn't get sick, -1 star because I have 5 more boxes of this stuff…Let me explain.First, to say that this is 2.5 servings is laughable. 1 serving equates to 3 tablespoons of “food”.Second, after the first bite your brain will start trying to identify what you just put into your mouth… more on that later.Third, the “cheese” pack when prepared is grainy. Similar to very cheap pizza that feels like they put sawdust in it.Back to point #2. Like I said, you will be trying to quantify what you just put in your mouth. The “noodles” are similar to other keto products. They are the semi translucent things suspended in a water bag. Not quite like eating rubber or balloons, but I finally figured it out. It’s like eating squid without the fishy taste.I do not recommend and am stuck with 5 more boxes of this stuff. In a time of fantastic inventions that we all thought were relegated to science fiction novels, why can’t someone create a Keto noodle that is actually good? King Arthur Flower created the Keto Pizza crust and it’s truly amazing! Zero glycemic response from that crust. This stuff is extremely disappointing. And I'm at my carb limit because of it.P.S. to make it better, at time of purchase it cost me about $6/box

Better Than Expected.
I didn’t expect these noodles to be any good. I didn’t think the cheese would be good. Very unexpectedly great! This was a super Mac and cheese and just what I wanted. Warm, gooey. Course I can’t just leave well enough alone. A la southern style I added a beaten egg then topped it with pork rinds and baked it until browned. Oh, and mother in law peppers https://www.amazon.com/Mother-Laws-Kimchi-Pepper-Flakes/dp/B019P8WCO4/ref=asc_df_B019P8WCO4?tag=bingshoppinga-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=80127002048733&hvnetw=o&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=m&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583726550672425&psc=1
