I like the taste as it tastes just like chocolate milkshake to me as I have it with skimmed milk. I've not lost any weight with it but sometimes prefer to drink a glass of that as opposed to any other kind of breakfast. The only annoying thing is that the second packet I had was not sealed properly so when I opened it, a portion spilled out all over the worktop and it’s not cheap.

Received quite quickly. Haven't been on long enough to have seen any noticeable results but definately feel better not being bagged up. I am the worst person for drinking lotions and potions of any sort but these shakes are more than ok they really taste and smell good.......I have no issue drinking them. Big plus is I have managed without snacking on them too and I like my food. I'm using them to shift s half stone that I just cannot budge that I have gained through eating man size portions and medication. Something I could have shifted easily before but with limited movement and illness things have been a bit more difficult. Good communication from seller after purchase and therefore recommend trying.

Not bad tasting, less powdery than others I have tried in the past.I did find it slightly hard to get all of the lumps out so I'd advise using one of those mini sieves just to save getting a lump of powder in your mouth. Overall I'm pleased with the product and will be buying again :)

Sadly this was not for me. It tastes lovely but was unfortunately too watery. I followed the instructions to a T but could not get anything above the consistency of a chocolaty water. It did arrive on time and in perfect condition and does have a good taste but just too watery for me.

it helps with weight loss I have lost 7 lbs in 3 wks so the weight does come off and you do not feel hungary .

This product is not very tasty, grainy. I haven't used after tasting
