I like your product, the one i was going to buy cost more and the tank was smaller, i didn't want to keep filling the tank. longer cleaning time for myself. the steel brush worked wonderful , it got out the stain beautifully, it could even been a bit larger,but worked just as good. the tempeture was great . very hot and continuous steam. i like that you can use any ordinary towels between cleaning. It very lightweight, i took to my neighbors house to show her,how good it worked, and she loved it. You might have another customer soon. Love it, i want a longer warranty so it can last a long time.

HiisI bought the portable steamer with one thing in mind and only one thing. THE KILLING OF BEDBUGS! And it worked! Very easy to use and safe to use as well. The long wand is about 4 feet long after clicking together. This wand does a great job helping you get into tight areas without bending over too much if at all. Putting out steam that is very hot. More than enough to kill any pest.As for the evil blood sucker bedbugs I did find a lot in a very nice stuffed chair which is why I bought the cleaner. I used the steamer for about 40 minutes all around the chair and into any place I thought the insects would be living. I got to the point after the 40 mintues that the the wand was getting to hot to touch even with the heat resistance glove that is just a small oven mitt but works well.That is the one thing you must remember when using this portable steam cleaner, just like a steam engine it needs a relase of pressure and if you do not do this the cleaner will shut down on it's own. Or become too hot to use safely. Overall this is a great buy if used right and I hope you have the same results I have had so far. I still have not used the steam cleaner in all the ways you can use it yet the besides killing bedbugs. Look at the buy page and decide for yourself but I promise once I have gotten rid of the bedbugs I will be using them. I am sure they will work out great.

This steamer is good for deep cleaning. It is well made, produces a powerful, hot jet of steam, heats fairly quickly, runs long enough to complete major cleaning jobs, and is fairly easy to maneuver. The cord and tubing are not quite long enough, though. The unit does work when plugged into a extension cord. Overall, it is a good product for the price and I would purchase it again.

I have several other steamers that are smaller scale this steamer puts all of them to shame! It has a lock to stay on, it has every attachment I need to do a deep clean in one sitting, and it's easy to pack around! This is my favorite cleaning staple

I have cleaned pet stains on carpet, mirrors, glass door, and even wooden floors. It does not take long to stem or too much water to work with. It is light to carry around.
