Voice is not clear it's only useful for music that to not more than 10mts. I don't recommend this

This is the 6th month of using the product. It worked ok. But suddenly its one side not working properly. I registered for complaint with invoice and images. They even asked for email again. Did that too. But the repair/return is worse when claiming warranty. After so called complaint registering and email they say to the customer to send the product within 4 days otherwise warranty claim will be cancelled. I had Boat's earphones earlier, their customer service is far superior than them. I had no problems in repairs as the company sent and paid for shipping. Never going to buy from this pTron. Ptron is worse.

Sound quality and noise cancelling is decent, battery life isn't very good either
