The main ingredient I was interested in this Cellular Energy product is Niagin (Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride). Niagin is a form of B3 that is supposed to promote production of cellular NAD+.The capsules come in a glass bottle. 28 day supply. Jar arrived in a very attractive box shown in the photo.SOLGAR recommends taking 1 a day, at the same time, with or without food, day or night. I chose to take mine at night after dinner. The capsules go down easily, and there are no side effects.These are appropriate for Vegetarian diets.

The box this supplement comes in is impressive. I am excited to get started on these, the lid of the box states that after 2 weeks you will be able to tell a difference so I will definitely come back and update my review and let you know if I can tell a difference.The bottle is glass and there is a plastic seal over the entire bottle, there is also an inner seal. After opening there is a strange smell but not very strong. The capsules are about regular size and for most should be rather easy to swallow. You only receive 28 pills so for $50 they better be good. We will see how it goes.

I like a good supplement of B vitamins. That's what attracted me to this product. I feel Bs help my hair and nails. These are capsule form which I also like. Go down well, and I feel easier absorbed, for me, than tablet form.

Its easy to swallow 1 of these a day. I appreciate that there's a lot of published clinical research on the primary ingredient in these, Niagen. I take this supplement early in the day so all the other accompanying B vitamins included along with the Niagen don't interfere with my sleep.

Your paying a high price for NIAGEN. If there's something that is so great for cellular growth, why is it added to common vitamin blends. I already take all the core vitamins, taking additional to get the NIAGEN is not possible for me. Why can't this just be the singular ingredient? The tablets are medium size, smell slightly bitter.

This cellular energy supplement is very effective. It arrived quickly and well packaged. You were supposed to take one per day and I could really tell I had a little bit more energy maybe nervous energy afterwards but it is very effective. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There’s no discernible, taste or odor. They do not bother my stomach and they just really make me feel like I have a lot of energy!
