Arrived safely packaged. I followed the instructions and soaked for 4 hours then hung it up to dry in a little diamond shaped cage I bought for it. I've had it for about a week now along with 2 others I ordered from Biotope Aquatics. I also bought the water spray bottle and fertiliser which I'm using as instructed. So far they are doing well and looking pretty!
