I like it .
I never had or touch , tried or hands on any other Tripod with Fluid Drag Head beside this one , but i feel this tripod is good for it price ( $ 158.00 at the time i purchase ) with my first time on this tripod experience . The head is made mainly in metal ,only the tie knobs are plastic but it still looks and feel the quality out of it ,it feels solid and heavy when you hold it in your hand ( i compared to my walmart tripod :) . Pan and tilts movement are smooth , the legs stand is just a little bit above normal to me , it's shaked ( not much but i feel it a little lower than what my expected ). I feel the material they used to make it aint strong enough. So , as i said that i dont have much experience on other tripod but base on how i feel about this tripod , i rated it 4* .

Not to shabby
This tripod is a steal for the money. Very sturdy aluminum construction. The fluid head is great I've used a $300 Manfrotto fluid head and I think that I actually prefer this one. Easy to adjust, as well as very smooth panning and tilting. I would definitely recommend this to any videographer on a budget looking for some good clean motion. Also comes with a standard 1/4-20 mounting threads, that way if you don't like the sticks it came with, you can just put it on most standard photographic tripods or possibly a set of video legs if it has the proper threads.

Great tripod for any videographer!
I love this tripod! I have several fluid head tripods that are larger and sturdier, but I far heavier. I wanted a simple three set of sticks with a good fluid head tripod so I bought this one. It is very light and portable yet it feels sturdy and well made. It can be extended quite high for any angles you need that require a good bit of height. I like that the angle lock position of each leg has two settings; standard and wide which allows for the tripod to places in a window seal or very low to the ground. Being able to adjust each leg independently allows me to be able to get a great angle in almost any situation.I have two slight problems with this tripod which may be a defect with mine and not others. First when panning the fluid head horizontaly I find that the first half inch of movement left or right does not function smoothly like it should, but after the initial start it pans very smoothly. The second problem is that one of the legs has a segment which is very tight. It is very hard to collapse that section, however it will collapse with little effort after you tap the leg on the ground and get it started. Neither issue is of very much of a problem from me and neither detract from my opinion that this tripod is great, especially for the price. If your looking for a great portable fluid head tripod that's affordable than I would strongly recommend this tripod to you. I have purchased several other fluid head tripods in the price range and this is the only one that doesn't feel flimsy and cheaply made.

cheap
Sent it back on day one. Cheap product - you can't move the head without it tipping. Not worth it.

Great Tripod
I have used this tripod for almost a month now for video work and it is exactly what I was looking for. For those of us with small budgets, this fixed tripod is a marvel. The pans and tilts are smooth and you can adjust the tension. It is also just heavy enough. Not too heavy that it is not easy to carry on a plane, but also not flimsy either. It comes with a handy soft carrying case. I am still practicing panning at 40X since it is not as easy to pan at this level of magnification. I think in time I will be able to adjust the tension in order to do smooth panning at 40X. Although it would make an excellent tripod for still photography, it seems a bit overkill if you will be using it for still photography exclusively. This is a tripod made for video and it performs very well. Like everything else, it takes practice, but you will never be able to blame your equipment for your poor performance.

Professional quaility
This tripod was constructed by Weifeng, a Chinese photography/video company ([...]). It is extremely well done, with all the features and build quality I've come to expect from established builders like Manfrotto. I never expected to be able to get a tripod like this for under $200 (or $300, for that matter). This model is light, portable and great for quick setups, but is sturdy enough to take a large camera or DSLR rig. Highly recommended.(Note: My five-star rating is based on the current price of $150. If it were to go above $250, I would rate it four stars, simply because there is nothing exceptional about it at that price.)

Great tripod if you're starting out in the DSLR Video.
I've had a lot of cheap tripods over the years and with their combined value I could have two of these beauties. I don't know what took me so long to finally pull the trigger on an investment like this but I wish I had done it sooner and saved my time and money. This is a tremendous deal, the fluid head is buttery smooth and offers enough resistance to give you great pans and tilts. My video's look way more professional and I feel more confident as a film maker having it in my kit. You can't afford NOT to have this if you're trying to build up a professional reel.

Great Begining Tripod!
After using this on several shoots I an extremely happy I got this tripod! Its sturdy, light weight for the most part, and easy to set up. This tripod give you a lot of options for setup so you get the shot you need. The head is is the best part. It's fluid and sturdy but it will take some time to work it in. I got this about a month ago and I'm still working it in.THE VERDIT:A must buy for Indie Filmmakers or Photographers of any kind. For the price, THERE IS NO OTHER.
