Tried a variety of sleep aids over a month
Of the different options that I tried, Benadryl is still the reliable familiar option.Not a fan of the taste, but this does a good job producing a mild drowsiness with low risk of grogginess the next day.Doxylamine sleep aids will almost aggressively knock you out, but can leave you almost disoriented the next day. Useful if you’re wired after a long drive, but I’ll be sticking to Benadryl for the most part.
