Not just chocolate
These have a bit of a cinnamon taste to them; a bit like Mexican hot chocolate. They are good and they definitely make good cocktails. I only gave them four stars because I was expecting just chocolate flavor. I was planning on using them for making s'mores old fashions, but the taste isn't quite right for that. A dash or two in a black Russian is excellent
