Hands down, THE BEST low cal - low carb sugar substitute.
I can not say enough good things about this sugar substitute! This is my second purchase and I will definitely purchase it again. My daughter and I are on the Keto Diet and we have tried nearly every sugar substitute available. Every one of them had a weird after taste. Now when you are on a diet and only have one cup of coffee in the morning, it had better be very tasty and satifying! This is THE ONLY sweetener that made my coffee an enjoyable experience again. Two things of note: 1) You have to put in much more of this than you would use in sugar quantity to match it's sweetness. No worries regarding calorie or carb count (they list it as 2.24 carbs per tspn) since online information confirms that this product is not metabolized by the body so net carb count is zero. 2) It is pretty expensive to use since you have to use more but we have found that using some of this combined with liquid saccharin (very cheap) still keeps the weird sugar substitute taste at bay and is easier on your pocketbook. They sell so many different products on the store shelves. Why not this one? I have never seen it in any store. What a wonderful discovery, I'm so glad we tried it! Taste buds rejoice!

Best Sugar Alternative For Baking!
I like this product to bake with because it tastes closest to actual sugar and the measurements are cup for cup. So no need to try and calculate or convert to fit your recipes. It does not have the icing affect like erythritol does as many people call it , I would describe it as a cold sensation like breathe mints give you, minus the mint flavor, a weird cold after taste in your mouth & on your molar teeth that you use to chew your food. Different blends of erythritol are so bad. I really like this ALLULOSE alone in most baked goods but works well with golden monk fruit for recipes that use brown sugar & white sugar. This is especially great for diabetics. You will be able to make baked goods with the same results and not compromise the flavor & sweetness. It is actually better because it is better for you & your family!

Sugar is obsolete
Besides baking or in coffee, I've used this for:1) Ice cream, works amazingly, just cup for cup with no adjustment. (For some reason it seems sweeter in ice cream, not sure why.) Pure flavor and smooth texture.2) Making dulce de leche or caramel. Yes, it caramelizes like sugar, but actually more easily so there's less risk of burning it.3) Making tonic water or club soda. The subtle, clean flavor of allulose works great here. Also, it appears that allulose may promote metabolic health directly, besides just replacing sugar. It seems rare sugars like allulose may be part of the reason that fruits are healthy. Look into it, you may be surprised!

Does not spike my blood sugar.
I have gotten two bags of this allulose so far and will order more. I was skeptical at first. I am very sensitive to non sugar sweeteners and don't usually like the taste but I was very happily surprised. I finally can have my coffee, tea and low carb desserts. This tastes just like sugar to me. No aftertaste and no bitterness. I have seen reviews on here stating that they don't like the taste. However, each person is different. My husband likes the taste of this a little bit but not as much as me. I am using this everyday in my coffee and love it. So, give it a try based on your own experience; not based on what other people are saying. One person might like the taste and one person may not. This is totally worth it for me as I can't stand the taste of stevia, sucrose, aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, xylitol, Monk fruit and Erythritol - which I have tried all of them desperate to enjoy my coffee again without my blood sugar spiking. I have very aggressive diabetes and I checked my blood sugar number multiple times since using this and my blood sugar actually goes down. It does not spike my blood sugar at all. I have made successful and yummy BlackBerry preserve with low sugar pectin and this allulose. I have made some desserts as well. This powder form will even desolve in cold water without much stirring. I've used this when making homemade whip cream. I even make my own Greek yogurt with some vanilla and allulose.

I can't stand replacement sweeteners - Allulose is amazing
I've been following a ketogenic lifestyle for about two years (off and on), the first year was hard on me because I really wasn't a fan of erythritol or stevia sweeteners. For a while, I was using xylitol, but even that was a little bit funny tasting. Just about a year ago, I heard about Allulose and gave it a try. I will never go back to another sweetener. I use it in cooking and my non-keto family doesn't even know they're not consuming sugar. I've made a caramel sauce that tastes exactly like the real thing (maybe a touch less sweet, which isn't a bad thing) and baked goods turn out great, because unlike some other replacement sweeteners- Allulose will carmelize. So that means crispy edges on almond meal cookies and brownies. I add it to my tea and carry small bags of it with me to add to iced tea or coffee when I'm out. I use little zippered vitamin bags for single servings for drinks. All-u-Lose brand is just as good as other brands of Allulose that I've tried, I have tried all three of their liquid allulose products (they have a liquid allulose syrup, a maple flavored and a honey flavored syrup) they're all pretty good, but I like the versatility of the granulated version. It is slightly less sweet than conventional sugar (I believe it's 10-20% less sweet?), but it's never been an issue for me.
