I keep this beauty in my backpack and take it to work everyday. I only need to take it out and put it on whenever I feel the evening chill wind rising, and it does the trick of protecting and warming up my neck below the jacket perfectly without taking up space, being a huge bulky scarf or even drawing attention with whatever outfit I have on the day. Got this a few months back for winter cycling, but I brought it along for my recent ski holiday, amazing protection and insulation, make sure to wash with the correct detergent and avoid any form of softener. I suggest a 1/4 of vinegar in the softener section of your washing machine for any wool or synthetic sports clothing. It will smell natural and be softer than ever.

Unlike your traditional Buff which is thin and provides some lightweight protection, this is a soft caress off of a pocketable scarf.So it fits in your coat pocket, is easy to pull over your head, made of a nice soft skin friendly wool and unlike a larger traditional blow away in the wind scarf.Works for me.

I got this after I got the matching hat. Great quality. Folds up to almost nothing so handy on long hikes.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The product is itchy! And uncomfortable! Don't waster your time and think you're saving money. The fabric is irritating and is cheap wool. You also don't get a refund! So be careful when thinking about buying this product.
