Makes the most square cut perfect

As a squaring tool, it works. In regards to finish quality, these are a bit shy of the mark. To square a rough or slightly off angle, perfect. But you will still have to go back and clean up the edges and burring. Overall there is not too much to say about these things except that you get all you need for more than a few types of bolts.This is the best kind of weapon-smithing equipment. Simple, easily maintained, compact and functional. Over time and with several dozen bolts, all the downsides that I see will be non existent.

Bought this to aid in squaring up my arrows as I am new to cutting arrows and they don't always cut straight for me. This tool quickly shapes up the cut end of the arrow for a good seating against the broadhead insert. Works with a powered drill or you can easily spin it by hand as well.

Simple and effective way to square up and debur arrow shafts after cutting. Works best if you use a shaft cutter that cuts fairly square. Neat and inexpensive tool to add to the kit.

This did a good job on a couple of aluminum arrows, but it dulled shortly after. The squaring was nice. Due to it wearing out after a dozen aluminum arrows, I would only recommend it on carbon fiber arrows. I'll have to stick with my 3d printed arrow scrolling tools and sand cloth for the aluminum arrows.

Very simple to use arrow squaring tool. Select the proper inside diameter mandrel, attach it to the handle and abrasive disk and then insert it into the arrow shaft. The mandrel maintains a perfectly perpendicular aspect to the arrow shaft and the abrasive disk removes the high spots ensuring the arrow shaft insert sits squarely against the shaft. The concentricity improves accuracy and stability due to the weight being even. Pretty much a fool proof method if you're even a little bit familiar.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this to square off my arrow shafts after I had them cut to length. I used a Dremel tool to make the cuts and this left the arrows just a hair “off-square” since I didn’t have a jig to ensure a true 90 degree cut. This tool helps fix that issue. The interchangeable tips allow the tool to be used in multiple shaft diameters. Since it fits snugly against the inside wall of the shafts, it squares the front of the arrows. This can also be used on the back end too if you want to check where your nock goes. trick is to go slow and don’t apply a lot of pressure. The abrasive is effective at removing material.
