I love this flour for pasta
I brought home Semola flour from a small farm in Sicily and used it up. I found this version and tried it. It makes a beautiful pasta dough, rich and easy to work with. The pasta was light and flavorful. I will be back for more!

Excellent
I got the flour yesterday and was wanting to make a bread. But due to lack of time, I made corn bread. Oh my goodness it was the best cornbread I have ever made. It smelled delicious, it was light, it did not get crumbly and it tasted fantastic. I am eager to try some bread making soon with this flour. I highly recommend this flour for all bakers.

Basically semolina flour
Flour didn't have any flavor, consistency additional properties to warrant the cost. Stick to semolina.
