The instructions state to use the puffs three times a week, but I only use them twice a week, and have for several years. The term "microdermabrasion" seems to be a stretch given the mild level of abrasion. But, this is part of a good exfoliation system that will probably be safe for most people..With my twice a week routine, twenty-four puffs last three months, so this is a reasonably economical skin treatment and my skin feels great and glows after use. One wish -- that the pads were available in different degrees of roughness like fine, medium and coarse.For some reason the refill puffs are not always in stock locally, so it is quite convenient to buy them here..

I try to use this twice a week. Makes a huge difference in the texture of your skin, particularly around the upper lip where it can get that dry, creased look.

I really like the cleansing pads.My skin is very sensitive. And these have not aggravated my skin or caused redness. My face is left looking radiant and very soft.

I bought the facial tool a couple months ago. You definitely see a difference after your first use. My skin was much clearer and brighter after my first use. I don't have sensitive skin but I wouldn't use this product more the twice per week.

I have been using this Neutrogena product for several years. I have been pleased with it from my initial use. The price at which the refills are offered here is the best I have found. I appreciate the affordability that adds to something I now consider a regular part of my facial skin care regime.

Really like the way my skin looks and feels after use. Would not recommend using more than once a week if you have sensitive skin.
