Brilliant design good for a desk of just a fans shelf

Came in time for Christmas. Lovly present, my nephew loves it. Bit smaller than i thought, but the detail is great.

is smaller than i expected but is a great little item and built really well .

For the price i paid which was around 11-12 pounds, its a very nice bit of memorabilia. Missing a-bit of detail on the bridge and engines but otherwise it’s completely sound

Not too big, not too small. Very strong magnet holds to the stand, it's great.

Very impressed with this model, Enterprise held in place on the stand by magnet, better than a previous model by another company where the Enterprise sat in a plastic holder which fell off every time I dusted it.

The details not that great but looks good

l'astronave è identica all'originale, in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Per chi è appassionato di star trek Tng nn può mancare nella propria collezione. il supporto della base è in parte trasparente e si aggancia alla nave con un magnete e sembra quasi che l'astronave sia sospesa.

So I bought this because it's way less expensive than the Eaglemoss version.I have three Eaglemoss ships, two Klingon and the Voyager. They're very nice, with heavy stands, and a fairly weighty resin for the model. They also have nice paint, in some cases better than the marketing images.This particular model of the TNG Enterprise D is also very well done, but is much lighter. It seems to be made of hollow plastic, but it still looks really good. The stand is also very light, but it has a magnetic clasp that holds the ship in place nicely. Without the heavier ship, the lighter stand works fine. The detail is nice as well, but instead of being molded on like the Eaglemoss ships, it seems most of it is added on by way of decals. It took me a while to see a decal edge, but I can definitely see it. The nacelles are painted (red at the front, white on the sides), and the deflector looks painted, but everything else is too perfect not to be a decal. All of the fine detail, such as the phaser strips around the primary hull, and the windows and the plating on the top of the rear pylons are all just parts of decals. There is a little more actual detail on the under side of the primary hull compared to the top.However...the decals look really well done, and it really doesn't take much away from the model. It still looks really good. It's very hard to pick out the edges of the decals, and they were applied very well. They don't look like they will wear off or dry out either. I expect they will last as long as the model does.I think this is a pretty good value for under $30 ($22.34, the price seems to fluctuate a bit for some reason). I hope they decide to do some additional ships at this price, I would definitely pick them up.
